So, I have an interview tomorrow, I passed the phone interview earlier in the week. I've never had a strengths-based interview and I really don't know what to expect. It's all about finding out about me as a person, apparently.

I really want the job, but I'm not very good at advocating for myself (I'm much better at answering concrete questions on the role or topic, rather than talking about me) and I'm not sure how to approach it. I'm worried I'll either get very anxious and go mute, or I'll put myself down (habit of a lifetime) or I'll over-compensate and come across as a cocky prat.

Anyone got any tips?
