I'm doing a bit better today. It's just a matter of struggling through those tricky days. The other day I wrote a long email to my T, even though he's not there and I wasn't expecting an answer, but just writing like I was kind of talking to him helped me get through.
I'm keeping busy and planning things on my days off work when I would usually have therapy and that helps too. The tricky part is finding the balance because my body gets run down and tired very easily, so have to balance the keeping busy and resting so I don't burn out.
