I love this for you, T. And, if you're in a place to share what they are I would love to hear more about them. If not, I totally understand.New ND therapist suggested a few things last week and I'm slowly checking them out. One of em is EFT. Easy enough to remember, added it to my tools list. Too soon to say how helpful it is but will give it a good go.
Something good also came out of it by way of finding an affirmation that I actually like and can see me remembering to use. I did adjust it slightly.
Even though I feel like *insert negative word here* I care for and accept myself.
It really does soothe me.
