I have been struggling with working for the past couple of months for the first time. I don't know for sure why as I have had this job for 15 years and I used to love it.

I sure wish I could quit my job but I can't, so I'm supportive and sympathetic to anyone else who wants to quit theirs.

Possibly. I need to talk to my husband about it.

Have you talked to your therapist about any strategies to cope?

Have you considered perhaps any ADA accommodations that might help?

They've accommodated me as much as they can as far as I can tell. But yeah I do need to talk to my therapist.

I have learned, when I want to quit ________ ? It’s time for a vacation. It’s less permenant, still leaves me the option to quit should I want to after a breather, and gives me time to sort my shit out. No vacation time? Unpaid sick days work just fine. I wouldn’t be being paid if I quit, so it washes.

Yeah often when I want to quit there’s other stuff going on that I need to bring up with my T. For me work is just an easy reason for feeling crap. But yes I totally need a rest so I get that too.
