Too Sensitive When Others Talk To Me?

Do you guys ever feel like you are too sensitive?
I feel like this ALL the time.
Whenever im corrected or confronted, i start feeling useless. And then i hide from the world. Or cut. Or puke.

How can i build a relationship even when i am 'too sensitive'

Help..
 
I feel like I'm constantly too sensitive. Especially when being around friends family and coworkers. I get panic attacks and just freeze or have crying spells where I know I shouldn't be getting as emotional as I am but I can't help it and then I get angry and defensive which I was told is completely normal. Ive been confronted with a lot of people treating me like ptsd is an excuse and everyone has hard times but a lot of people don't understand how it controls our minds
 
I'm with you, too. That's why I don't have a social life.
