VR for treatment?


My wife's birthday is next week and she really wants a vr headset. I am more than happy to oblige 🤣. After browsing through some game choices I realized this may be an opportunity for some supplemental treatment options. There are many apps/videos for her anxiety exposure and I'm wondering what, if any, helpful options may have worked for those with ptsd/cptsd

So far I've seen:
Guided meditations
Diaphragmatic breathing "trainers"
Exercise apps
Autism social exposure (my daughter)
Even EMDR (T and I have been considering how to do this virtually)

I have T tomorrow and obviously wouldn't jump into anything before consulting him but im so curious if anyone here has found vr helpful in their journey.
