i can't believe that my doctor has struck me off his list because I sent him an email pleading for help !! He has not been supportive to me at all. He rang me yesterday and has a go at me :-( in so upset and anxious. :-( life is so not nice !!

Mixed blessings... Sounds like he wasn't doing you much good. So glad to be rid of an unhelpful sod rather than have him dick you around agreeing to help and doing nothing for the duration... But still a blow of needing to find someone else on short notice, and having him leave you in the lurch.
