    Hi There, That is what I'm finding. I'm too new to the forum to post links apparently. We've been to one therapy sessions and I think I may just ask the therapist out right what her opinion on the possibility of PTSD. He has a hard time opening up to the therapist unless she ask him questions...

    I don't think there was any life threatening events - or physical abuse, it was all mental abuse over a long period of time.... This is what lead me to think PTSD (sorry its not allowing me to post links... The first article on google when searching "Can PTSD be from mental abuse" from Psychology
