    I have flash backs of two incidents of sexual.harrassment i faced at work .The people involved in that time .What they said ,what i said and Their expressions.One event is around 10 years old.Other is of a year back.

    Hello there .Im suffering from cptsd .My major symptom nowadays is flash backs . Early morning ones are the hardest .Find it so hard to get up and started for the day .
