    Smells triggering flashbacks?

    There's a certain perfume, and a certain hospital soap, that both have a very similar smell. To me it smells like hell. Alcohol on someone's breath is another. This one smells like making sick.

    Agreed with the above. I would bring it up with the the therapist. In this case, that sounds like what I would consider a flashback.
