Im married have 3 kids, who r 18, 15, 14 2 boys and a girl, i live with my husband and his father and brother, i have suffered from anxiety depression since i was 16yrs of age and have still got it, the last 2 weeks have been really bad for me because i cant go to bed, i have to sit up and fall asleep in my chair with a light on, other wise i have panic attack after poanic attack, and if the light is out i opanic even more, its like i cant handle nights at moment but the minutes the sun comes up i can drop off.
