    I feel just like your husband feels in this thread the same as towards my wife. I don't know why that happens. I may soon have to face the music.

    Infidelity is a coping mechanism. Many stimuli such alcohol, sex and drugs are used to cope. It isn't right, that is correct, but it is a reason.

    That's not true. They haven't ruled it out on the cheating factor. Some guys, we will use that as a coping mechanism. We don't feel loved so we try to get that feeling. It is a mess. I may have to come clean now and ruin my marriage. Thing is I don't even know why I did it.
