Hello everyone :)
I've just started being confrontational with my issues after starting to get new scary symptoms this week... it's been 10 years and I'm getting physical pain flashbacks and really struggling to eat and care for myself *trying really hard*. Music and talking is helping lots! Relationship pressures are a real struggle (partner is triggering me)! I'm looking to share experiences and advice with others on here, and hopefully find friendship :)
