    I Don't Think My Therapist Is Very Good.

    Hi this is my first time ever in a forum. I so appreciate you all. After reading what everyone here is going through I decided to join. Hope I'm doing this right. EDMR is mentioned and I believe you are referring to a type of therapy that is supposed to help almost immediately ?
