I was diagnosed with PTSD a few years ago related to childhood sexual abuse triggered by sexual harassment at my job. I "lost my sh*t" as I like to call it. Wound up in intensive outpatient therapy for months. I've been on so many medications. At one point I was on two antipsychotics and three antidepressants. I've been in counseling a LOT and now have my meds down to only one antidepressant.
