I have been diagnosed with severe/chronic P.T.S.D and managed to pull myself together enough to go on disability. I have lost most of the people I felt close to and I am having a bit of a difficult time with that.

I love reading, I want to find a way to help others and I am SUPER esoteric, crystals, auras , chakras, shaman.

I have lived through almost all the causes of p.t.s.d except combat but it's mostly been sexual abuse
