    Christmas Plans When You Don't Have Family

    It might sound kind of goofy, but as I have no family or friends but my dogs & cats, I cook them a huge turkey with all the fixings and once thats been wolfed down I snuggle up with my all-time favourite Christmas movie, Die Hard and then sleep until the holidays are over.

    @blackemerald1 - I hear that! There are times when thoughts of doing something horrible and permanent help me get through the day.

    How to take a break with a therapist without it being a final end?

    Ditto that @ladee - I think taking a break is a good thing and if you're ready to do so, any good therapist would absolutely accept that you want change. When I broke with mine this summer, I made sure she knew how so very much what she was able to do with me has helped in this recovery process...

    Best news of story of the week happened here in hicksville when some criminal masterminds stole a front end loader and drove it through the rear of the Scotia Bank ...the hole was enormous! They quickly realised the flaw in the plan, however, and made hasty get away - you see, the vault, deposit...
