I have one daughter, a son in law and two grandchildren. We are estranged at this time for the last 3 1/2 years. I am an embarrassment to them. I have never met my grandson. I am a chef and was injured on the job and very soon they are going to close my case after 1 1/2 years and say I am slightly disabled and can no longer cook. I cannot stand for more than 30 minutes without pain in my foot and ankle. You cannot be a chef if that is the case. That work was my passion. I just graduated from Culinary School in 2009. Completely changed my career and now it is being taken away and I still have mountains of student loans to pay. dang.
