I am a 45 year old mum of 3 older kids, married and originally come from Denmark, but live in sunny Australia now.

I suffer from PTSD, GAD, Panic disorder and have been told the hardest phobia to treat...the fear of fear :-(

I have 2 gorgeous Staffies called Sumo and Ruby :-)
