I am a 60 year old Police Officer with PTSD. I have made it my mission to find a way to link all First Responders with PTSD and build a network of peers that constantly supports each other when ever they need it. I will build a safe and secure forum that excludes pictures of puppies, kittens, and quotes. I want people to share solid, useful and educational ideas to help all of us deal with PTSD. Can we find new careers? The medications I take work or don't work. How can I get out of this funk and start living again. We can sit around and blame everyone else, but we stay sitting. Or we can become One! There are so many of us we can become a political voice. I have seen an organization do this and I want it to spread. We became first responders for a reason. We are the ones who go in first and save lives. You still have that in you. Bring it forth and begin the fight.
