    I have them, especially if I am triggered. I will also hold my breath and zone out.

    Uncontrolled Muscle Movement.

    If I am talking about (especially talking about) or reading about or if I see anything that reminds me of the event my body will jerk. I also startle extremely easy and jump. I jerk and jump in my sleep as well.
