    Thank you for all your welcomes...I appreciate it. I am having a lot of depressed days and lonely days as well. My days and nights are filled with isolation more and more and meltdowns are getting more frequent.

    I wrote something yesterday but feel I may have done incorrectly. I am a 55 year old woman and still battling with my demons of rape and abuse. I am having a difficult weekend and needed a place to reach out where there were people that would understand.
