I suspect most do. Most murders are not the meticulously planned affairs you see on TV. Much of the time it's just drunk angry idiots behind the bar or outraged spouses whose emotions clouded their judgment.
On my little island, the fire hazard has been so high that basically, all activity that might cause a fire has ceased: no heavy machinery, no pressure washers, no lawnmowers, no parking cars on the grass. If it might make a spark you can't do it.

@lostforgottensoul those things are actually great. I used them a lot overseas. If you ever travel where toilet facilities are non-existent or just under equipped they are a real moral booster.
Bah! It's good enough to start looking. If we wait till it's good enough we'll never get there. Scan my brain dammit! Hell, stick wires in it if that will help.
Photography didn't really progress until people wanted to take them. Maybe it's time psychiatrists started demanding brain imaging...
So why don't psychiatrists actually look at the brain. Other doctors look at x-rays, sonograms, CAT scans, etc. Why not shrinks?
