    Hallucinations with dissociative symptoms

Yes the diagnosis are confusing internationally. I think the ICD-10 still has DDNOS and it still calls DID MPD but the DSM-5 is more up to date there.

    Hallucinations with dissociative symptoms

Sorry I don`t want to seem rude. I think they meant dissociative disorder not otherwise specified. And dissociation is quite a hallmark feature in DID even if DID is more polysymptomatic than a single dissociative Disorder like for example Depersonalisation/Derealisation...

    Hallucinations with dissociative symptoms

I mean I am not your doctor and I don`t want to tell you wether your experience is psychotic or dissociative. There are certainly dissociative pseudo-hallucinations that sometimes get mistaken for psychotic symptoms and even visual/optical/accustical flashbacks get sometimes mistaken for being...

    often misunderstood/misinterpreted while dissociating

Hello this is my first post here - I have been a silent reader for quite some time and it took me some time to post myself and accept my diagnosis :) So I have the impression (I often say this if I know it happens but doubt it - so it is more or less going to be true) that the PTSD and...
