    Sufferer Ptsd Is Taking Over And I Can't Control It

    i don't even know what to say. I never know what to say, I don't know how to open up. I've closed off so much I can't get my feelings or thoughts out even about everyday life. I'm looking to find friends who understand. I just feel so alone.
