That's really good to know Solara. Like I said, my experience of it was really bad. Perhaps it was because I kept trying to put the techniques into practice on something which was a medical problem and not a psychological one or whether it was the CBT itself? A long one and a bit complex. When I was 18, just after I had finished high school I was seriously ill with meningitis. I was in hospital for a month and was in a coma for 2 weeks.
