    Supporter Newbie, I'm A Supporter, Friended Someone With Ptsd

    My friend's been in/out of therapy numerous years, only last Aug 2012 did they properly diagnose PTSD. I am here to hear & learn what PTSD suffers go through in their daily lives, so that I can better understand and help my friend. Any suggestions where to start reading? Thanks
