i can honestly say that i am a sufferer of complex ptsd, and at the age of 31 have only just now begun to truly see how much im affected, whereas i thought i was only frayed on the edges, i now see that im rewired to my core, and its affecting my every day. im hoping and praying that i can get past the point of negative coping, and can live through my feelings, so that i can live the life that i deserve.
