I am a 31 year old trying to figure things out, like everyone else. I have been diagnosed all over the DSM IV, and have only recently found that I have had CPTSD and Aspergers, which were the insidious culprits all along. I've been in therapy for over 16 years, for all these diagnoses, but have finally found a doc that knows a lot about trauma. I joined this site in hopes of finding others out there, like me, so I am not so alone.

I am an avid reader, love horses, and love volunteering. I'm studying to be an occupational therapist.
