I've been living with PTSD all my life. The trauma started when I was born, there has never been a time in my life before or after PTSD. I only put a name to what I have a few years ago. I'm now starting to understand the condition and starting to discover the person hiding inside. What I thought was my normal self was actually me living with PTSD. Do we ever fully recover and get our lives back??? Or do we learn to live with this forever?
