Its hard to write in these boxes, as I know most of you share the same problems as me. We all served, diffrent MOS, but we all did the same kind of job, keeping our country free. Whether it was for patriotism, family lineage, or even money. For me it was a mixture of them all, I was young gung ho and had bills to pay. They sunk their teeth in deep and I found my self at knox learning to be a cav scout. I went to germany afterwords and drove around and dismounted from a M2A2 on my first tour(I love that word like people are awaiting my concerts) in iraq. I never could figure out how we were supposed to be sneaky in a giant metal box that you could hear from a half mile away. I went on to spend almost nine years at Fort Lewis with some of the greatest soldiers I have have ever had the pleasure to serve with. We spent many nights in the sand box defending freedom against people that just wanted to kill us becuase we were American.
