    Triggered In Group Therapy

    A new person joined our therapy group tonight. We did "check ins" and she jumped into her abuse history. Ordinarily I am ok with this. Tonight, though, I was really triggered. I felt like I was floating out of myself and couldn't breathe. I could hear the new person apologizing, and others...
