    They all die and i don't know how i goingt to survive with this feeling. Hi everyone i lost my familiy , home, friends in earthquake. And i have ptsd, couldn't prevent scream, blood smell and the feeling. Is there anyone who can help that what way I would use this forum best way in my healing...
