Lady Elizabeth

I grew up with a mother who has PTSD. When I was a teenager she was also diagnosed with Bi Polar Disorder and I believe she has said she is partially Autistic. She also was diagnosed within the past two years with Manic or Major Depressive Disorder and Panic Disorder with agoraphobia. I have always had to take care of her wants and needs, basically being the adult. I have cared so much for her and others that I had never really considered that I needed help until now. I am pretty much numb every single day. I am hardly happy, even with the things I used to really love. The only thing that I still enjoy is music.

I have to admit it now: I need help.
