I love to learn. Then do. Then teach. I'm kind and gentle, despite being a warrior. I'm honest, curious, and love art and beauty. I can be a bit visionary and disruptive of the status quo.
What I do is different. I'm a retired firefighter/EMT, carpenter, and manufacturing inventory and production control manager. Currently I am a certified Tension and Trauma Release Provider, a resident of an intentional community, and student of hand to hand combat (krav maga). I like playing the drums but they're in storage for now.
