    Ptsd only affects military?

    I agree. Also, Military PTSD is quite different than other forms of PTSD related trauma. Someone in a fire, as opposed to a soldier who sees his buddy explode in his face. Two different things for sure.

    Ask your doctor about trazadone. It works for sleep. You might even get rid of nightmares.

    Flexeril For Sleep

    No way. Maybe at first, but quickly makes you stay up, instead of a good night sleep. Ask your doctor to try low dose Trazadone. As an experienced insomniac, I guarantee it works over all other meds for insomnia.
