I get that way too... I was triggered a week ago, and I still feel the effects. I hope you have someone close that can help you. If not, ask for help if you can... one day at a time. It's miserable, but that's what it takes.

You didn't deserve that. Try to find some time alone for few minutes, if possible and find where you're at, then sort through it one by one.
