    Parenting With Ptsd

    I have four little ones and since my husband's death, the weight of the PTSD has effected my parenting. I'm active in therapy and find it validating. I find myself agitated, sensitive to noise, find it difficult to make a lot of decisions and have a low frustration tolerance. I feel so bad...
