    i was not diagnosed til after. there was so very little understanding and resources of such things when i was a kid.

    same. but i wasn’t diagnosed with either til after well after my brain injury (which happened when i was a teen, years before much was known about ADHD and dyslexia). i always struggle whether to attribute my issues to my TBI or CPTSD. the first accident happened in my teens then another again...

    i was a chronic sleepwalker as a child. i don’t do it much as an adult and less as i’ve gotten older, but it still occasionally happens and it can be scary as heck. i used to wake up blocks from home barefoot in my housecoat or pjs, sometimes in snow or rain. thankfully i haven’t slept walked...

    i can totally relate to this. i also have an eating disorder going back to childhood that exacerbates/ is exacerbated by my CPTSD dissociation. eating enough has always been a problem for me.
