I've had PTSD for nearly 50 years now and most of the time I have done okay and built a life for myself. Those days are gone. Despite all that I try to do, my situation and health worsens. Several dogs and cats share what's left of my little world and bring me some peace and joy.
I decided to join this forum not only to help myself, but share both my successes and failures with others. I would love to make friends with people in my area who not only understand the condition, but want to do everything they can do end the nightmare of PTSD.
