I am a PTSD combatant, that's right, I am not satisfied with just surviving. I want to bring this... affliction to the front lines and headlines.
I write a blog and promote it, I write as therapy and as a way of bringing people together. My goal is simple if I can heal even a little bit, then others can with me.
PTSD is not a solo fight, and it is not only dangerous to those suffering, but to those who love you. It is the stone that is cast in the waters, it ripples out and affects everyone around you.
