I am an adult attempting to recover from sibling sexual, physical abuse and a mother who looked the other way. As I am the only one of my siblings that was asked to be my mother’s caretaker when she started to show her age, and I could not say no to her. Now the abusing sibling is back in my life, making it hell for me all over again and once again, Mom is silent. I hate myself for ever agreeing to this.
