I'm 34 and a mother of four with an amazing and supportive husband. The stress of going back to school brought up a lot of things I've kept locked up for about fifteen years. Then it wouldn't go back in the box, so I have to deal with it now and can't put it off anymore. I'm in therapy doing EMDR, which has been surprisingly helpful, and we're trying an SNRI so I don't feel so freaked out all the time. I can do this, I know I can. I have to.
