Hi I'm Pete an ex Royal Military Policeman who served in the British army for 20 years before being medically retired due to a spinal injury and complex PTSD. I'm currently being traeted by a charity called Combat Stress. Like most of us I find it very difficult to sleep at night, which has a knock on effect with day.Keep on the fight.
