    Hi, I'm currently in therapy for PTSD. I have had multiple assaults starting in childhood with sexual abuse,and stretching to someone trying to kill me. I feel like people don't understand...and my husband really is supportive, but I still feel misunderstood.

    Trying To Get Through Halloween...

    I don't like the chaos and frenetic energy of Halloween...it's harder because when I married my husband, I became instamom to three hyper boys...it's hard for anyone to "get it"unless they have PTSD.
