Hi people.
I have been struggling with the effects of oh PTSD, has had on our lives, and i see the effects on how hard it is for him, and the heartache it has me under.
I have been learning a lot from this great site and at times, saved my mind! Reading the wonderfull and kind support that is here, and have now finaly plucked up the courage to show myself. :)
