    I think I need to try valium next. My doctor has prescribed me everything under the sun for insomnia.. I just took a remeron (mirtazapine)... hoping it works. 9 am here, btw

    I used to take attarax but that stuff would knock me out... that is when I finally fell asleep. 9am here and I just took some Remeron that my doctor had prescribed me (that I begged her after putting me on so many different types of sleeping pills). She was apprehensive to prescribe this to me...

    I haven't gone to sleep yet. 9am here. Have to work at 1. I realize that I am afraid of the dark and that's why I haven't slept until the sun rises. Now it's worse.
