Thanks everyone! I have a few more bears who are more careworn. I just got Basil and Bertram as I needed their support when I got worse recently.

That is one of the most beautiful sentiments I've ever seen

And my Bertram. He's just the perfect size to hold, helps me when I'm dissociating and he goes with me everywhere.

My Basil (thumbs with nasal) I got him to help with my nightmares. To me, he has an incredibly kind face.

Hi, I'm new here too. Had alcoholic Dad as well, neglect and suffered all forms of abuse as well (though from different people from my childhood up to a few years ago).
