    Hi Ice Thank for responding. Yeah my therapist is very considerate about what's going on with me. She even gave me a teddy bear so that I would have something to know that she's coming back. But it's still very hard. Sun Thank you Zef

    I just wanted to say hi. I've been dealing with cptsd for 3yrs. I'm glad there is this form. I'm having a really hard time because my therapist is on vacation. I see her on Monday's and she even gave me an appt on Friday so the gap wouldn't be so long but its still very hard. I feel very lost...
