I am 40yrs old, I have four grown children and four grandchildren, they are my proudest gifts in life:D.. I have ptsd, major depression, and mood disorder (unspecified).. I suffer from flashbacks, nightmares, and other symptoms associated with ptsd :poop:.. I have been receiving treatment at a county mental health center for 5yrs, and i can say they have helped me so much :). They provide my doc visits and meds, the only thing they cant provide is counseling, and this is an important part i am missing:cry:.. I am hoping to have a support system with people who have similar understanding of this illness. I also hope to learn to be of support to others who need a listener or words of caring;)..
